1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Authentic CRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Authentic CRM is a relationship management platform designed for professional services firms. The Service allows you to store contact information, track interactions, manage tasks, and organize relationship data. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service for mass unsolicited communications (spam)
  • Store or transmit malicious code or content that violates applicable law

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process Your Data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store any personal information about third parties in the Service.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect Your Data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (e.g., data enrichment providers, email services, payment processors). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the next billing period.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the Service settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination, you may request export of Your Data for up to 30 days.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
